Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for programs that you have registered for but cannot attend.  We may be able to provide credit towards a future program.  Or, your payment can be turned into a donation and help a family who may need financial assistance. 

Refunds will only be made for medical reasons or extenuating circumstances.  A written request with a physician’s letter of explanation is necessary to process the refund.

Registration Directions

In order to register for a Shine On Sports camp or clinic online, you must follow the steps below.  To register via mail/check, please go to the camp you wish to register for and there should be a link to a manual registration form you can complete and email to [email protected]

IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT SET UP:
1.  Create an account.  You will create a username and password for the ACCOUNT HOLDER (i.e. usually the parent or guardian of athlete). 

2.  Add "participants" (i.e. athlete(s) who would be interested in participating in Shine On Sports Programs).  You MUST make sure to enter the correct birth date and gender for the participants, otherwise you will not see the correct programs available to register for.  If you have more than one child to enter as a participant, please make sure to do so!

3.  Whenever you click on "My Account," there will be a list of programs that all participants are eligible to register for.  Simply click the box next to the program you wish to enroll in and click "next."  The item will be added to your "cart."

4.  When you are ready to "check out," make sure to click on "Go to Cart" on the right-hand side of the page in the box entitled "Registrations."

5.  You will be prompted to enter emergency contact info, accept the waiver, etc. to complete check out for each program.

IF YOU DO HAVE AN ACCOUNT SET UP:
1.  Click on "My Account."  You should see a list of programs that participants are eligible to register for.  Simply click the box next to the program you wish to enroll in and click "next."  The item will be added to your "cart."  If you do not see a list of programs available, it is because 1) you have not entered participants, or 2) you entered the wrong birthday for one of the participants or 3) there are not any programs available for your participant at the time.

2.  When you are ready to "check out," make sure to click on "Go to Cart" on the right-hand side of the page in the box entitled "Registrations."

5.  You will be prompted to enter emergency contact info, accept the waiver, etc. to complete check out for each program.
