Play and grow without the pressure of the "club team" setting or expensive travel. F.A.S.T. Lax can serve as a supplemental training program or stand alone as a way to develop some of the most important aspects of the game: Footwork, Agility, Speed, Stickwork and Shooting; essential skills for players of all levels that need intentional, consistent attention. This program is for the serious player who is ready to focus and improve! We are all about a growth mindset and positive coaching. Can you be 1% better than you were yesterday?

2025 FALL FAST LAX COACHING STAFF:
Caitlyn Brinker has been a dedicated girls’ lacrosse coach within Moore County community since 2020, working with athletes at both the high school, middle school, and elementary levels. She serves as the head coach for the Union Pines High School Girls Lacrosse Team, where she played an instrumental role in guiding the program to back-to-back North Carolina State Championships in 2024 and 2025. She also coaches for the Carolina Force Club Program when not in high school season.
With extensive coaching experience in the local community—including youth development through Mini Sticks (ages 3–8) and specialized skill sessions focused on footwork, agility, speed, stick work, and shooting through Fast Lax (ages 8-14) —Caitlyn brings a well-rounded and passionate approach to player development.Though years removed from competing herself, Caitlyn continues to embody everything the sport represents: speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and mental toughness. She takes great pride in helping young athletes grow as teammates and leaders both on and off the field while fostering a positive, energetic, and competitive environment.
A former Division I collegiate club player at Auburn University, Caitlyn served as both team captain and coach during her time there, reflecting her lifelong leadership and commitment to the game.Originally from the greater Atlanta area, Caitlyn was a three-sport high school athlete, earning six varsity letters in lacrosse, volleyball, and track.Caitlyn’s guiding philosophy for all her athletes is simple yet powerful: “Trust and honor the process.”
Julia Greer has built a reputation as a transformative and passionate leader with a proven record of elevating every program she touches. With over a decade of coaching experience across Division I, Division III, and high school levels, her teams have become known for their disciplined defense, competitive edge, and academic excellence.
At Drew University, Greer guided the Rangers to two Landmark Conference Championship appearances, and two ECAC Mid-Atlantic Championships, developing numerous standout athletes—including 8 Regional All-Americans, 2 Conference Players of the Year, and an Academic All-American.
Prior to that, she helped Sacred Heart University capture two NEC regular-season titles and a conference championship, earning Coach of the Year honors for her role in the Pioneers’ success.
Continuing her tradition of excellence, she made an immediate impact at Gulf Breeze High School (FL), where in 2019 she crafted a powerhouse defense that propelled the team to the Florida State Final Four—the first and only appearance in program history.
Julia is a mom of two boys, 2 and 5 years old, and loves to bake and stationary bikes.
Danica Lambright: Coach Dani brings a strong background in both playing and coaching to Fast Lax, with a focus on positivity, player development, and fostering a team-first mentality. A former Division II defensive midfielder and senior captain at Saint Leo University in Florida, Dani's experience helps guide her approach to coaching – emphasizing hard work, accountability, and growth on and off the field.
She began her coaching career with Lax Maniax, first as an intern and then as a coach, working with athletes through multiple summers of recruiting tournaments and at LaxU – a week-long exposure camp designed to prepare players for collegiate lacrosse. She later coached fall ball at Columbus High School in Columbus, GA, helping athletes refine their skills.
Before coaching, Coach Dani played four years of varsity lacrosse while competing with the elite club program Lax Maniax.
Off the field, Dani is a military spouse, and holds a Biology degree and an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Administration Management. She’s a hobby CrossFitter and enjoys introducing her own kids to the sport through mini sticks. Her coaching philosophy is simple: always work hard, give your best effort, and be the kind of teammate others can count on.
Nikki Schwob is a lifelong athlete and coach with a passion for using sports to help kids become the best versions of themselves—on and off the field. With over 15 years of experience coaching lacrosse at every level (DI College at Davidson and Cal Berkeley, High School at Pinecrest High, Club Director at AC Sandhills). Nikki believes the real wins come from building confidence, teamwork, and resilience through play. At Fast Lax, she brings her energy, creativity, and love for the game to create an environment where players develop both their skills and the character traits that make them great people.
Nikki graduated from the University of Virginia in 2007 where she was a dual-sport athlete. In lacrosse, she was a three-time First Team All-American, earned ALL ACC honors three times, and won Virginia's Defensive Midfielder of the Year Award in 2006. She was also a team captain and Tewaaraton Finalist in 2006. While at Virginia, Nikki helped the lacrosse team to two ACC Championship Titles ('04, '06) and appeared in the NCAA National Championship game three times ('03, '04, '05), winning the National Championship in 2004. In addition, she played Varsity Soccer at UVA for two years ('02, '07). Outside of college lacrosse, Nikki was a member of the United States National Lacrosse Team for three years ('07-'09). She played with the US Team in the Prague Cup in 2008 and was an alternate for the World Cup in 2009. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Masters of Teaching in Elementary Education.
