We created FAST LAX to develop some of the most important aspects of the game (Footwork, Agility, Speed, Stickwork and Shooting). In an effort to help players get 1% better at each session, we have created the FAST LAX TRACKER. We plan to track, record, rank, and post concrete scores that evaluate these parts of each player's game. WHY? Because competition enhances performance, especially when you're  competing with yourself. Competition transforms practice into progress. It's not about being THE best, it's about being YOUR best.
